Shipping Policy
We ship to all U.S. addresses, including Puerto Rico.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we’re unable to reroute or replace orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’re happy to assist, but we aren’t liable for packages confirmed as delivered.
Hive Mind Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. If a shipping issue occurs — delay, misdelivery, or loss — we’ll reship your order 7 business days after the original expected delivery date, once we receive confirmation from the carrier on the status of your shipment.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window from your purchase date.
To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition. Opened products are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To start a return, email support@hivemindpeptides.com within 30 days of purchase — we’ll send return instructions from there. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility; please use a trackable method. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be modified or canceled within 30 minutes of purchase. After that window — or once your order has shipped — we’re unable to make changes or process a cancellation.
