PURCHASE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SALE

This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all purchases made through hivemindpeptides.com (“Site”), operated by KKRT Research, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you (“Buyer”) agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree, do not purchase from this Site.

As used in this Agreement, “MATERIAL” refers to any product obtained from Hive Mind Peptides, including peptides, proteins, powders, liquids, chemicals, labware, and related items.

1. RESEARCH USE ONLY — CRITICAL NOTICE

All products sold by Hive Mind Peptides are strictly for laboratory and in vitro scientific research purposes only. They are NOT for human or animal consumption, and are not intended for use in food, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, or any diagnostic application.

  • These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
  • No product sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • Hive Mind Peptides is a chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility as defined under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
  • “Basic scientific research” as used herein does NOT include clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or human research of any kind.
  • All MATERIAL is sold for in vitro (laboratory) purposes only. Buyer agrees not to use MATERIAL in vivo (in any living organism, human or animal).

Buyer represents and warrants they are a qualified researcher, at least 21 years of age, with the training and institutional context appropriate to handle the MATERIAL safely and lawfully.

2. BUYER REPRESENTATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

By completing a purchase, Buyer represents, warrants, and agrees to the following:

  • Buyer is a qualified professional or researcher with appropriate knowledge of the MATERIAL’s hazards, safe handling protocols, and applicable regulations.
  • Buyer will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws governing the purchase, storage, handling, and use of the MATERIAL.
  • Buyer has independently reviewed and understands the health and safety hazards associated with the MATERIAL, including required industrial hygiene controls and any applicable OSHA or TSCA requirements.
  • Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring the MATERIAL is on or exempt from the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory prior to use.
  • Buyer will properly test and evaluate any MATERIAL in strict accordance with reasonable scientific practice and all applicable regulations.
  • Buyer will not export the MATERIAL for any purpose.
  • Buyer will not resell, repackage, relabel, or supply MATERIAL to any third party without first obtaining KKRT Research’s prior written approval and documented verification of the third party’s identity and intended use.

3. PROHIBITED USES

Buyer expressly agrees that MATERIAL will NOT be used for:

  • Human or animal consumption of any kind
  • In vivo administration or injection into any living organism
  • Any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic application
  • Commercial manufacturing, contract services, or resale without written approval
  • Any purpose that would classify the MATERIAL as a drug, supplement, food additive, or medical device under applicable law
  • Any use that would constitute misbranding or adulteration under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KKRT Research, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from Buyer’s purchase, handling, or use of MATERIAL, whether Buyer’s claim arises in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KKRT Research, LLC and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, and liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to Buyer’s handling or use of MATERIAL, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance.

Buyer acknowledges that the MATERIAL has not been tested by KKRT Research for safety or efficacy in food, drug, cosmetic, medical device, commercial, or any other use. Buyer accepts sole responsibility for conducting appropriate testing and evaluation before any use.

5. NO WARRANTY

All MATERIAL is sold “as is.” KKRT Research makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. KKRT Research does not warrant that the sale or use of MATERIAL will not infringe any patent, trademark, or other intellectual property right. Listing a product on this Site does not constitute a license for any use.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on this Site — including text, design, logos, graphics, icons, images, and their arrangement — is the exclusive property of KKRT Research, LLC, protected by copyright and trademark law. No content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any form without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal liability.

7. PAYMENTS & ORDER PROCESSING

We accept major credit cards. Please ensure your billing address and phone number exactly match your card issuer’s records; inaccurate information will delay processing. Charges will appear on your statement as KKRT Research or Hive Mind Peptides. A card processing fee may be applied to your order.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at any time, for any reason, and to supply less than the quantity ordered.

8. PRICING & TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or data error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel affected orders — even after confirmation and payment. If your card has been charged, a full refund will be issued promptly.

9. OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

If your ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you and fulfill as soon as available. Most in-stock orders ship the next business day. You may cancel any order prior to shipment at no penalty.

10. SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to all U.S. addresses, including Puerto Rico. Orders received before 2:00 PM MST on business days are generally processed same-day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays except by prior arrangement.

Carrier Delays: Estimated shipping times are provided as estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy: Buyer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Undelivered Packages: If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package, contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible but are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered. In the event of a documented loss or misdelivery, we will reship no earlier than 7 business days after the original expected delivery date and only after carrier confirmation.

11. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations: Orders may be modified or canceled within 30 minutes of placement. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened, unused MATERIAL in original condition. Opened products are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To initiate a return, contact support@hivemindpeptides.com within the 30-day window. Return shipping is the Buyer’s responsibility; use a trackable method.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method following receipt and inspection. Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear.

12. PRIVACY

We collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information solely to process and fulfill orders. We do not sell your personal information. Third-party sites accessible through our Site have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their data practices.

13. TAXES

Sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to states where KKRT Research, LLC maintains a taxable presence. For all other jurisdictions, Buyer is solely responsible for any applicable sales, use, or excise taxes.

14. REVIEWS & DISPUTES

Buyer agrees not to post false or misleading reviews or statements about KKRT Research, LLC, Hive Mind Peptides, or its products.

Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Buyer agrees that any legal proceeding must be filed in the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona. In the event of a dispute in which KKRT Research prevails, Buyer agrees to reimburse KKRT Research for reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and related expenses.

15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings regarding the subject matter herein.
  • No modification is effective unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
  • These terms supersede any terms included in a Buyer’s purchase order, whether signed by KKRT Research or not.
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
  • KKRT Research reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any posted changes.
  • Nothing herein creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between the parties.
  • This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Arizona.
